SharedLicense.net provides licenses for server products including cPanel, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, Imunify360, LiteSpeed, JetBackup, and related software. We operate as an independent entity. All licenses purchased through us, except for cPanel verified bundles and WHMCS full-feature licenses, will be verified through our systems.
Non-Refundable Policy: No licenses, credits, or funds added will be refunded. All services are non-refundable as payment is processed immediately upon order placement.
Legitimate Use Only: Licenses are restricted to lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to terminate services and pursue legal action for any misuse.
Shared Licensing Model: Our licenses operate on a shared licensing model, which is a legitimate practice where a single license is used across multiple servers. You will receive official updates from software vendors.
For cPanel Verified Bundles, your license will be verified on the official cPanel verification site (verify.cpanel.net). We may require temporary SSH access for proper configuration.
Support is provided only for purchased licenses. We do not provide support for unsupported operating systems or other server-related issues unless you have purchased our server management services.
Supported OS: AlmaLinux 8.9 (recommended), Rocky Linux. Unsupported: CentOS 7, Ubuntu 20/22, AlmaLinux 9.5, RedHat, Debian.
Response times range from 2 to 48 working hours depending on request volume and complexity.
We reserve the right to terminate services without prior notification if there is a breach of these terms. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
A 10% late fee applies to overdue services. No exemptions will be made once the fee has been assessed.
We do not manage customer servers unless server management services have been purchased separately.
License installation commands are available in your Client Area after purchase. You may execute them yourself or grant us temporary root SSH access for installation assistance at no additional charge.
You may transition from a shared license to an official individual license at any time using a simple one-command process without data loss.
Customer information is never shared or sold to third parties.
Cancellations must be submitted through your Client Area via the Services section. WhatsApp and Live Chat cancellation requests are not accepted to ensure security and proper authorization.
